1700 Marion Street, Denver, CO
5,700 SF tenant finish project for family medicine practice. Demolition of existing office space for new waiting room, reception and files, administrative offices, doctors offices, exam rooms, procedure rooms, x-ray room, toilets and M.A. station and support areas. New windows in the existing brick exterior wall to bring in more natural light, as well as the use of high clerestory type of interior windows to enable more open feel with the natural flow of light to the space while providing for patient and employee privacy key to the design. The use of sustainable products also of importance. Construction Completed with Langston/Taylor Construction.
