Kitchen renovation, sunroom addition and new three-car garage with workshop, lifts and storage for six vehicles for existing Park Hill bungalow. The sunroom and kitchen combine to take advantage of the south exposure, opening up the kitchen to the dining room and improving the flow within the house.
